REFUND POLICY
"Our products are FINAL SALE! REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation NO returns or exchanges. If you notice your product to be defective, damaged, or incorrect please contact us at afrobohovibes@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY!"

This policy is to ensure the quality & integrity of our products as well as the safety of our customers.

Please be sure to read the item description thoroughly as all items come just as described and pictured. If you have any questions about a product you are more than welcome to send a message via our contact page prior to ordering. 

 - Any merchandise marked "Final Sale or Closeout" are final sale, no returns...no exceptions!

- We reserve the right to refuse any return

- Shipping fees are not refundable.

 Claims for any damage must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise as stated on the shipment tracking portal of the delivery service provider.

- AfroBohoVibes diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned item will be refused as returns go against our health and safety policy. The items will not be refunded nor will the buyer receive store credit.

The item price on the invoice does not include shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to any & all refused and unaccepted packages.)

SIZING|PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Please double-check size and color of your items carefully before purchasing ( The specific size will be found on each product's purchasing page). All items come as pictured and described. View product description for all product-related details. Please, when in doubt ask prior to buying to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will generally be shipped within seven (7) - ten (10) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on the availability of goods. This Excludes Weekends & Holidays. Orders will be shipped by the selected shipping method chosen at the time the order was placed, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office immediately to begin the claims process.  We do not issue refunds for any packages that show they have been delivered. Please allow 10-14 days from processing to receive your order.

CANCELLATION

Please note we do not accept cancellations.

SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Please remember to include all unit, apartment, or suite numbers of they are required.

In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill you request and update the address. If we are unable to do so, we do not take or accept responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer at the time the order was placed.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from AfroBohoVibes, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.
 
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it.  You must follow up with the United States Postal Service.  AfroBohoVibes is not responsible for package(s) that shows the delivery was completed.           

All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.

Once picked up by our carrier Standard shipping can take 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate NOT a guarantee and doesn't include weekends, holidays, or situations beyond our control such as inclement weather or internal delays with the shipper.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 7- 21 business days to arrive in your country depending upon final destination. In some instances, delivery may be delayed due to your country's customs policies. We do not have any means to calculate the duration of this process nor are we able to contact customs agents to verify status. 

AfroBohoVibes is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges that may be incurred. The customer is responsible for all related charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES

AfroBohoVibes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for the address entered on an order.  Upon request, the AfroBohoVibes team will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to initiate an investigation.

Remember the true power lies within you and your energy alone.  You must always remember that these items are merely tools. YOU are the source of the Power! You (your true thoughts, feelings, & belief in the power you possess) alone dictate how well the items work. Please note: Due to the nature of each item refunds are NOT available. AfroBohoVibes and its affiliates are not responsible for what happens when you use our products. Results may vary and we make no guarantees.  No product or service is a substitute for medical or psychological care. In accordance with certain laws in this realm, please be advised that magic is for entertainment purposes only. 

Note that healing crystal meanings are spiritual supports to healing and are not prescriptions or healthcare information.

Submitting an order or making a purchase indicates that I understand & accept that the suggestions given involve a natural method of energy balancing for the purpose of stress reduction, relaxation, and healing.

Energy work will not interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.  It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment.
