SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Please remember to include all unit, apartment, or suite numbers of they are required.

In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill you request and update the address. If we are unable to do so, we do not take or accept responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer at the time the order was placed.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from AfroBohoVibes, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges.
 
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it.  You must follow up with the United States Postal Service.  AfroBohoVibes is not responsible for package(s) that shows the delivery was completed.           

All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.

Standard shipping can take 5-7 business days from processing to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate NOT a guarantee and doesn't include weekends, holidays, or situations beyond our control such as inclement weather or internal delays with the shipper. We ask that you please allow 10-14 days from processing for your order to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 7- 21 business days to arrive in your country depending upon the final destination. In some instances, delivery may be delayed due to your country's customs policies. We do not have any means to calculate the duration of this process nor are we able to contact customs agents to verify status. 

AfroBohoVibes is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges that may be incurred. The customer is responsible for all related charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES

AfroBohoVibes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for the address entered on an order.  Upon request, the AfroBohoVibes team will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to initiate an investigation.
